Our cancellation and refund policy is based on our dedication to serve and understand your necessities as you are part of the Best Day Cleaning family since the moment you book with us. That is why, we understand that circumstances may occur, in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested, that if you must cancel your appointment you provide us with a 24-hour notice of the scheduled appointment and we will give you a full refund.

This time range will allow us to schedule for another client who is waiting to be scheduled in that time and to be considerate with our professional cleaners who separate their time to meet you and give you the best quality service.

For one-time cleaning service appointments which are cancelled in less than a 24-hour notification will be subject to a fee of $ 45.

For weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services, Best Day Cleaning reserves the right to charge a fee of 10 % of the cost of the cleaning service for any cancellation with less than 7 days advance notice; if the scheduled appointment is cancelled in less than a 24-hour notification we will charge an additional fee of $ 45.

To help you to understand this cancellation policy, here we provide a brief list of what you need to take into account when cancelling an appointment:

1. 24 hour notice prior the appointment = Full Refund.
2. Less than 24 hour notice = $ 45 Fee (One-time Service)
3. Less than 7 day notice = 10 % of total cleaning cost; if less than 24 hour notice = $ 45 Fee + 10 % of the total cleaning cost (Recurring Services).


In case, our professional cleaners are locked out and they cannot gain access to your property at the time of arrival and you want them to wait for you to open your property, you can contact us and let us know. However, if our professional cleaners have to wait for more than 10 minutes, a fee of 50 % of the total cost of the cleaning will be applied. Take into account our professional cleaners are not going to wait for more than 1 hour on your property.  If you have not contacted us yet within 10 minutes after our team’s arrival, we will try to contact you, but if we cannot reach you the same fee will be applied automatically and the professional cleaners will leave.

If for any reason, a professional cleaner feels that his/her personal safety is endangered enough to cause him/her to leave the job-site due to actions by you, guests, or pets on the premises. You will remain liable for the full cost of the non-performed service.

We do not refund after completion of a service, but at Best Day Cleaning we want to be sure that you are consistently happy with our service. Therefore, if you are displeased with the quality of service, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning or at the moment of completion of the service, so that we can return to correct the situation in a timely manner without any additional charge. In addition, any suggestions that you may have to help us improve the quality of service are very much appreciated.

We encourage all our clients to be present at the time of arrival, to issue us keys of your place, give us a code or leave a key in a lock-box and provide us the code,  so that lock-outs will not be a problem on the day of the appointment.
